Calendar

Students attend G·tec once a week, for approximately 1 1/2 hours after school, for 30 weeks. The school year commences the first full week after Labor Day in September and culminates in the middle of May. The calendar is set to coincide with the local school systems.

Holiday Schedule

Please consult the holiday schedule as provided over the summer. As a general guideline, the center is closed for the following holidays:

1. Jewish High Holidays: Rosh Hashanah and Yum Kipper (days of, not the nights prior)
2. The week of Thanksgiving
3. Winter Vacation (last week in December)
4. President's Week
5. Spring Recess (as determined by BOCES of Westchester)

Double Sessions

For all Friday classes, the week prior to a winter vacation as well as educational conferences will be cancelled.

A double session will be held the previous week as a makeup, from 4:00 – 6:55PM.
